Catherine Coleman, Assistant Director

Catherine Coleman oversees the Core’s staff, services, and strategy development. She previously served as editor-in-chief of ProCor, a global knowledge-sharing network promoting access to information about chronic disease prevention among healthcare workers in developing countries, and directed the Ashanti-ProCor Project, a research collaboration conducted in Ghana to identify and respond to health workers’ informational needs. She created health promotion materials for community-based prevention programs at Health Resources in Action and was founding director of the Massachusetts Health Promotion Clearinghouse. Catherine was a course director and adjunct instructor in Tufts Medical School's Health Communication Program from 2002-2014.
